JUNIOR BUSINESS ANALYST (REMOTE, RELOCATE POSSIBLE)

Dektry is looking for a Junior Business Analyst

MUST HAVE:

Completed BA courses or traineeship;

Upper-Intermediate English level (B2);

Knowledge in the field of web technologies and software architecture understanding;

Skills in facilitation of development work and communication with stakeholders;

Strong communication skills;

Strong relationship management skills;

Strong can-do attitude, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to walk the extra mile;

Sufficient knowledge and experience in Agile-based methodologies;

Strong knowledge of best practices for requirements documentation: User Stories, Use Cases;

UML/BPMN basics and ability to apply appropriate diagram if needed.

GOOD TO HAVE:

Experience working with Jira/Confluence;

Experience working with requirements in the User Story format;

Experience in prototyping application user interfaces (Digma, etc.).

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Translation business ideas into well-structured requirements;

Formalization, documentation, and visualization of requirements;

Coordination of requirements with the business stakeholders;

Interaction with the development team;

Development and maintenance of the documentation;

Planning and monitoring of BA process and activities.
